In California, Home Ownership Made Easy, Inc was one of the first non-profit affordable housing organizations to offer developmentally disabled people the opportunity to live independently, in non-licensed homes in the community. Serving as property owner and as a property management company, H.O.M.E.’s mission and goals is to make available permanent, affordable housing in desirable neighborhoods for individuals and families with special needs.
